Every interior & exterior painting project we run in the Valley follows the same five steps. No surprise hand-offs, no mystery timeline.

On-site inspection
We walk every elevation, photograph stucco cracks, flag failed caulk joints, and identify any south- and west-facing walls that need extra elastomeric. You get a written elevation-by-elevation scope, not a flat 'paint the house' line item.

HOA & color approval
If you're in Anthem, Estrella, Verrado, DC Ranch, Power Ranch, or Eastmark, we pull the approved Dunn-Edwards or Sherwin-Williams palette and submit the architectural request packet on your behalf.

Scheduling
Exterior work is scheduled around monsoon humidity and the radar; interior work runs year-round. Most single-family exteriors are 4–7 working days; interiors 3–10 depending on scope.

Prep & paint
Stucco crack repair, masking, masonry primer, two back-rolled coats of Sherwin Loxon XP or Duration. Daily photo updates and a swept, locked job site every evening.

Final walkthrough
Walk every elevation with the foreman, touch-ups on the spot, and a 5-year exterior workmanship warranty that transfers with the home at resale.
