What to expect in Phoenix
From first walkthrough to final handoff.
Every residential roofing project we run in the Valley follows the same five steps. No surprise hand-offs, no mystery timeline.
- 01
Roof inspection
We get on your roof — not just the ground — photograph every slope, document underlayment age, broken or sliding tiles, valley flashing, and any monsoon damage. Insurance-grade written report included.
- 02
Permitting
Re-roof permits are pulled same-week through City of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, or Maricopa County. We meet the inspectors on site so you never have to.
- 03
Scheduling
Tear-off and dry-in are scheduled in 1-day weather windows during monsoon season. Tile re-lifts and full replacements are staged so your home is never left exposed overnight.
- 04
Build
Tear-off, deck inspection, high-temp Polyglass or Malarkey underlayment, valley metal, tile re-lift or new install, ridge and hip mortar. Daily photos, full site cleanup, magnet sweep for nails.
- 05
Final walkthrough
City final inspection, manufacturer registration for your underlayment warranty, a 10-year workmanship warranty, and a written report you can hand to your insurance carrier.
